Dr. Hsiao earned his medical degree from Nova Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine, Ft. Lauderdale, FL.  Following his graduation from medical school, Dr. Hsiao completed his residency training in radiology at The University of Oklahoma Health Science Center, Oklahoma City, OK. He has also completed a fellowship in neuroradiology at University of Texas Southwest at Dallas Medical Center, Dallas, TX.  He is board certified in diagnostic radiology.
