Dr. Eugene Bivins earned his medical degree from, Howard University College of Medicine, Washington, DC. Following his graduation from medical school, Dr. Bivins completed his residency training in Diagnostic Radiology, and Early Specialization in Interventional Radiology at AdventHealth in Orlando, Florida. He then completed his fellowship in Independent Interventional Radiology at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, WI. Dr. Bivins currently serves as a Interventional Radiologist at AdventHealth Medical Group Radiology, Central Florida.
