Dr. Wittenstein earned his medical degree from Milton S. Hershey Medical Center of the Pennsylvania State University, Hershey, PA. Following his graduation from medical school, Dr. Wittenstein completed his residency training at George Washington University, Washington, D.C. He has completed a fellowhsip in Interventional Radiology from New England Medical Center Hospitals of Tufts University, Boston, MA. He is board certified in Diagnostic Radiology.
