Dr. Moskovitz earned his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine, Commonwealth of Dominica, West Indies. Following his graduation from medical school, Dr. Moskovitz completed his residency training in radiology at Hospital of St. Raphael, New Haven, CT. He has completed a fellowship in vascular interventional radiology at Emory University, Atlanta, GA. He is board certified in diagnostic radiology.
