Dr. Medina earned his medical degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine, San Juan, P.R.  Following his graduation from medical school, he completed his residency training in Diagnostic Radiology at Beth Israel Medical Center, Newark, NJ.  Dr. Medina also completed a fellowship in Body Imaging from George Washington University Hospital, Washington, D.C.
