Dr. Owen earned his medical degree from Medical University of South Carolina, Charleston, SC. Following his graduation from medical school, Dr. Owen completed his residency training at Diagnostic Radiology at University of Tennessee Medical Center, Knoxville, TN. He has completed a fellowhsip in Musculoskeletal from Emory University School of Medicine, Atlanta, GA.
